GBDL offers a leadership program through certified facilitators of the “ Habits Of Highly Effective Teens”.
Lessons teach young people practical ways to communicate more effectively, become leaders and be more organized.
This leadership program will be offered to interested youth throughout the school year.

Through exposure, youth learn confidence, responsibility, and character development. We are committed to fostering members' personal growth and career development. Workshops and other services are provided for the entire family through projects and activities.

Growth By Design Leadership & Arts Group is an incubator for some of our community’s future leaders and creatives; our aim is for the youth who become a part of our organization to make an impact in leadership, the arts, education, business, and the sciences . From music production, Communication, Vocal arts, to gardening cooking, and crafts.
Volunteer leaders share their knowledge and give of their time to mentor and teach youth.
