Meet Jacqueline
For the past 25 years, Jacqueline has dedicated herself to family, faith, nonprofit management and governance. She is committed to empowering individuals and groups and creating opportunities for underserved groups. Her skills include risk management, policy and procedures, and she has worked with organizations to improve the quality of life for individuals in Quebec, Ontario, and the USA.
Jacqueline obtained her bachelor's degree in Sociology and certification in non-profit Leadership. After many years in social services, management, leadership training, and coaching, she uses her experience through GBDL to help others learn the strategies to release their greatness.
She provides clients with the tools to help them define their purpose, set goals, and confront challenges that keep them from pursuing the enriching life they were designed to live.

Kingsley Morrison - President
Kingsley J. Morrison has been overseeing non-profit communities, and project development for over 20 years. He brings his expertise in teaching and counselling as a consultant to Growth by Design Leadership and Arts Group. He is a strong proponent of principle-centered living and the development of personal innovation. Kingsley is personally involved in consulting on issues impacting youth, men, and families. He is a Chaplain who serves in the community and marketplace and holds a Master of Divinity degree. GBDL & Arts will serve to ensure a holistic approach to the services it offers. Kingsley stands to empower the leadership of GBDL. He and Jacqueline have been married for 33 years, and together they have 3 boys. When not working, passionately serving others, Kingsley loves spending time in the gym and being a sports enthusiast, especially around football. They love relaxing together with buttered popcorn and debating which movie to watch.
